Weather Update
6/5/09; 6:30 AM - As you might have noticed, it is raining. It is very likely that we will have to make some adjustments to the schedule. All information will be posted right here. Please do not call or email. We will update the website early this afternoon. Please check back then. Thanks.
Weather Policy
In the event of adverse weather or un-playable field conditions, the Warrior Lax Splash tournament director reserves the right to:
1.
Reduce game times in order to catch up with schedule or finish games before inclement weather arrives to preserve field conditions
2.
Reschedule games, if possible
3.
Convert the tournament to a 'Festival' format without playoffs or championships to enable the majority of teams the opportunity to play as many games as possible.
Every attempt will be made to update cancellations on the website or on the answering machine at 410-667-ALOHA (2564). However, weather conditions can change rapidly and all teams should be prepared as soon as weather clears and fields are playable.
All games canceled due to weather will be considered a 4-2 WIN for BOTH teams

Below are directions to the fields for Beach Lax tournament:
North Worcester Sports Complex - 9040 Worcester Highway, Berlin, MD 21811; NWSC (Berlin, MD) - take Rt. 50 to 113 South (Worcester Highway) towards Snow Hill. Go through 2 stop lights. The fields will be a short distance on the right past Germantown Road.
Directions from Northern OC - Take the Route 90 Bridge and proceed for 7.8 miles. Merge onto US 113 S/Worcester Highway. Proceed for 5.1 miles. Entrance is on your right.
Berlin Intermediate School - 309 Franklin Ave, Berlin, MD 21811; BIS
Directions from North Worcester Sports Complex - Go south on US 113 South (Worcester Highway). Make a U-Turn onto US 113 North. Go 1.5 miles, turn left onto Franklin Ave. (4 minutes from Hub).
Directions from Northern OC - Take the Route 90 Bridge and proceed for 7.8 miles. Merge onto US 113 S/Worcester Highway. Proceed for 3.6 miles. Turn right onto Franklin Ave.

Hydes Road Park - 695 to Dulaney Valley Road North. Cross bridge at Loch Raven and bear right to continue on Dulaney Valley Road. Dulaney Valley Road curves left at Peerces Plantation. Stay on Dulaney Valley Road until it ends at Manor Road. Turn right on Manor Road. Take next left onto Hydes Road. Hydes Road Park is on the right once you pass the houses. (Hydes Road, Hydes, MD 21082)
Fallston Recreation Complex - Baltimore Beltway (695) to exit 27 B (Dulaney Valley Road NORTH). Continue on Dulaney Valley Road and bear left onto Jarrettsville Pike (Rt. 146) after going over Loch Raven Reservoir Bridge. Proceed on Jarrettsville Pike thru Jacksonville and turn right on to Hess Road. Follow Hess Road to end (Rt. 152). Turn right onto Rt. 152. Fallston fields are two miles on left. (1809 Mountain Road, Fallston, MD 21047)
St. James Academy - Baltimore Beltway (695) to exit 27 B (Dulaney Valley Road NORTH). Continue on Dulaney Valley Road and bear left onto Jarrettsville Pike (Rt. 146) after going over Loch Raven Reservoir Bridge. Proceed on Jarrettsville Pike thru Jacksonville and turn left onto Manor road. Manor Road will turn into Old York Rd. At the Manor Tavern take left fork, field is .2 mile on the right and back. (3100 Monkton Road, Monkton, MD 21111)
Cockeysville Middle School - I83 North to Padonia Road Exit. East on Padonia Rd. Cross York Road, go 1 block and turn left at traffic light onto Greenside Drive. Go approximately 1 1/2 miles and school will be on right hand side (before reaching Warren Road). (10401 Greenside Drive, Cockeysville, MD 20130)
Maryland State Fairgrounds - From Interstate 83, take Exit 17, Padonia Road, east to York Road. Go south (right) on York Road to Fairgrounds entrance on right. Enter via entrance directly in front of racetrack.

Below is the uniform that the boys should be wearing for their games
Home: White Jersey/Green Shorts
Away: Black Jersey/Gold Shorts
As always, please have them bring both jerseys/shorts to every game in the event we need to switch any of the uniform around to accommodate some of our opponents since not every team has two jersey colors.
